The garment arrives finished

Pick a body, send a design, and it ships pressed. Gildan 3000, 64000, 2400, 18000, 18500 and 8800, plus the Comfort Colors 1717, all printed with the same film and the same cure as a transfer you would have pressed yourself.

This exists for the customer who wants merch without owning a heat press — a brewery with a tap-room shelf, a youth league, a salon selling a hoodie from the back wall, a business that needs forty polos once a year. There is no equipment to buy, no cure curve to learn and no first-attempt garment to write off.

What it costs you, and what it costs us

Printed apparel is more expensive per piece than buying the blank and the film separately, and the difference is labour. Someone here pulls the garment, aligns the transfer, presses it to the right setting for that fabric and checks it before it is folded. If you own a press and the volume justifies it, the separate route is cheaper and always will be.

Where it stops being worth doing yourself: short runs on mixed sizes, anything with a deadline you cannot afford to miss twice, and polyester or tri-blends, which punish a wrong setting more than cotton does.

Before you order forty

Order one. Same garment, same design, same press setting — or just the transfer by itself if you want to try it on a shirt you already have. Colour on a screen and colour on a garment-dyed tee are not the same thing, and finding that out on one piece costs a few dollars instead of a few hundred.

Orders placed on a business day press that day. Garments ship on their own rate, set out on the rate table.
