Terms of Service

Effective launch date. These terms govern every order placed with Loop DTF, a trading name of Humax Global Ltd. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. What you are buying

Custom direct-to-film transfers printed from artwork you supply or compose in our builder, to the sizes you select. We produce transfers; we do not apply them to garments. Results depend on your press and settings, which are outside our control.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before printing for any lawful reason, including artwork that breaches the Artwork & Content Policy, suspected fraud, or a pricing error, and will refund anything paid. Because printing starts quickly, cancellation by you is possible only before the order has printed; email immediately.

3. Your artwork

You confirm that you own the artwork or hold the rights needed to reproduce it, that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights, and that it complies with the Artwork & Content Policy. You keep ownership of your artwork and grant us only the licence needed to print, store and reprint it for your order. You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from artwork you supply. We review files for printability, not for rights; passing our review is not a rights clearance.

4. File quality and colour

We print what you send. Low-resolution files print soft, semi-transparent areas print with a visible underbase, and colours on fabric differ from colours on a screen; we describe all of this in the FAQ. Where we spot a problem we try to warn you before printing, but the file is your responsibility. Printed output that faithfully reproduces a supplied file is not defective.

5. Prices, tax and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are the price at the time of order. Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it, unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file before the order is placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Obvious pricing errors on the site do not bind us; we will offer the correct price or a refund.

6. Turnaround and delivery

Turnaround and transit times on the shipping page are our commitment and the carrier’s estimate respectively. Same-day printing applies to orders with clean, accepted artwork placed on a business day, before that day’s last carrier pickup. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave; title passes on payment. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us within 7 days and we replace it.

7. Custom goods, returns and remedies

Transfers are made to your specification and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or a file error on your side. If a print is defective, damaged in transit, or not what was ordered, our Refund & Reprint Policy applies: report within 7 days with photographs and we reprint or refund. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for garments, labour, lost sales or other consequential loss, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

8. Accounts and site use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping the password safe. Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or attempt to interfere with it. The site’s text, images and code are ours or licensed to us; the builder is provided as-is for placing orders with us.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If something goes wrong, email us first; nearly everything is resolved that way. Otherwise, disputes are heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and you agree to that jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes and contact
