Shipping and turnaround
Everything prints in Schaumburg, Illinois, and leaves by ground. From here, ground is not the slow option; it is the option that reaches most of the Great Lakes before the second day is out, without anybody paying for a plane.
Turnaround
Order on a business day and it is printed that day and handed to the carrier the same afternoon. Anything placed after the last carrier pickup, or on a weekend, prints the next business day. Large sheets and very long runs can take a day longer; if yours will, we tell you before it prints, not on the tracking page.
Turnaround counts from a clean file. If we find something in the artwork that will not print well and have to email you, the clock restarts when you reply.

These are carrier ground estimates, not promises we can enforce on a truck. Add a day around federal holidays and in the week before Christmas. If a date is fixed, say so in the order notes and we will tell you honestly whether ground makes it.

Blanks ship differently to film
A sheet of film weighs almost nothing and travels flat in a mailer. A hoodie does not. Garments are charged on their own rate — $8.90 ground, against $4.90 for film — and an order with both in it pays both, because it leaves as two parcels.
Blanks are picked and packed alongside the print run, so a transfer and the shirt it is going on arrive together rather than from two different places on two different days. Same turnaround, same transit table.
How it is packed
Sheets up to 24 inches go flat, in a rigid mailer, between two boards. Longer sheets are rolled face-in around a core and boxed, which is how film travels without creasing. Transfers by size go flat in a stiffened envelope. Nothing is folded, ever. If a sheet arrives creased or the box is crushed, photograph it before you open it further and send us the pictures; that is a reprint, not a debate.
Tracking, addresses, and the rest
- Tracking is emailed when the label prints. If it has not moved after two business days, tell us and we chase the carrier so you do not have to.
- PO boxes are fine for flat mailers. Rolled sheets need a street address.
- We ship within the United States only for now.
- An address typo caught before the label prints is a free fix. After it ships, the carrier’s re-route fee is passed through at cost.
- Local pickup is not available. We are a print floor, not a counter, and the transfers reach the North Side faster by truck than you would by the Kennedy.
