Refund & Reprint Policy

Short version: custom prints cannot come back because you changed your mind, and they will be reprinted or refunded without argument if we got them wrong.

What we reprint or refund

• Print defects: banding, missing ink, a white underbase that is not white, ink that lifts off the film before pressing.
• The wrong size, the wrong file, or the wrong quantity against what the order says.
• Damage in transit: creased film, a crushed box, water.
• A parcel the carrier lost.

Our default is a reprint, on the press the same day we agree it, shipped free. If you would rather have the money back, say so and we refund to the original payment method; it shows in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Tax and shipping on the affected items are refunded too.

What we do not

• Change of mind, a duplicate order, or ordering the wrong size or quantity.
• A file that printed exactly as sent: low resolution, a typo, a white box that should have been transparent, a colour that looks different on cotton than it did on a monitor. We flag what we catch, but the file is yours.
• Pressing problems: transfers that lifted, cracked or looked glossy after being applied at the wrong temperature, time or pressure, or peeled hot. We will help you diagnose it, and if a whole batch fails with correct settings, we treat that as a print defect.
• Garments. We supply transfers; the shirt you pressed it onto is not covered.

How to claim

Within 7 days of delivery, email hello@loopdtf.com with the order number and photographs: the affected transfer under normal light, and for transit damage the packaging as it arrived. For a pressing question, add your settings and the garment. We reply within one business day with a decision, and we do not ask you to post anything back.

Cancellations

Before printing, full refund, no questions. Printing starts fast, often within an hour of the order on a weekday morning, so email the moment you notice. Once a sheet has printed the order cannot be cancelled.
