Privacy Policy

Effective launch date. Loop DTF is a trading name of Humax Global Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy covers loopdtf.com and orders placed through it.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone if you give one, what you ordered and when.
• Artwork files you upload for printing, and the layout data the builder generates.
• Payment: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account details if you create one, and tax-exemption certificates if you submit them.
• Messages you send us by form or email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, via server logs and, if you consent, analytics cookies.

What we use it for

Printing and shipping your order, which includes passing your artwork and shipping address to our production facility and the carrier. Answering your messages. Sales tax compliance. Fraud prevention. Keeping the site working and understanding how it is used. Email marketing only if you opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works.

Your artwork

Your files are yours. We use them to print your order and for nothing else: not for marketing, not for our own products, not shown to other customers. Files are stored on access-controlled storage, are not publicly reachable, and are kept for 90 days after the order ships so a reprint does not need a re-upload. After that they are deleted. Email us if you want them deleted sooner.

Who we share it with

Our production facility in Schaumburg, IL (artwork, order contents, shipping label). Carriers (name, address, phone). Our payment processor (payment details, order amount). Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf under contract. Tax authorities where required. Nobody else, and we do not sell personal information.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep your cart and log you in; they do not need consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner, and you can change your mind there at any time.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, for tax and accounting. Artwork for 90 days after shipping. Tax-exemption certificates for the period the issuing state requires. Account data until you delete the account. Server logs for 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for a copy, and object to marketing. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, have these rights in law; we extend them to everyone. Email hello@loopdtf.com and we respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

Children

The site is for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes and contact
