Drop them in, set each print width, and the builder packs a 22-inch sheet as tight as the spacing allows. It runs in your browser, costs nothing, and the sheet is priced exactly like one you laid out yourself.

Pick a length
Every sheet is 22 inches wide. You choose how long.
Choose the length first and the builder opens on it. Not sure? Start short — it tells you when the designs need more room.
How it works
From a folder of files to a packed sheet
- Add designs. A PNG with a transparent background prints best. The builder also takes JPG, WebP and PDF — but a white box around a design prints as a white box.
- Set width and count. A print width in inches for each design, and how many. Eleven at 3.5 inches for left chests, four at 11 for fronts. Height follows the design.
- Pack. Everything goes onto the 22-inch sheet with a quarter inch between pieces. A tighter fit means a shorter sheet, and a shorter sheet costs less.
- Add to cart. The print file is made in your browser and attached to the order, with the layout stored alongside it. We print it the same business day.
What it is good at, and what it is not
Good at
- Mixed orders — one client’s logo in four placements.
- A drop of six designs in three sizes each.
- A season of small tags and sleeve marks.
- Finding a tighter fit than a hand-placed sheet, which is money.
Not for
- Fixing a blurry or low-resolution file.
- Recolouring a logo or changing a design.
- Knocking out a white background that should be transparent.

Sizing
Set the width you will measure on the garment
Print width is the number that matters. The placements that come up most, for the adult sizes most labels run:
| Left chest | 3–4 in wide. A 3.5 in mark reads as intentional on a tee and does not crowd a pocket. |

| Full front | 10–12 in wide for adult, 8–9 in for youth. A 12 in print on a small tee runs into the side seams. |
| Sleeve | 2.5–3.5 in. Wider than that and it wraps out of sight. |
| Back neck tag | 2–3 in. Thin type gets tested here, so keep strokes above 0.5 pt. |
| Hat front | 2.5–3 in wide, under 2 in tall, or it climbs the seam. |

Some shops charge extra for sheets made in their builder. We see it the other way: you did the arranging, on your machine, in your evening. The sheet that comes out is the same sheet, so it is priced like one.
