Email is fastest: hello@loopdtf.com. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Central, and usually sooner. File questions get answered by someone who has looked at the file.
If it is about a file
Tell us the print width you want and the garment colour. If you can, attach the PNG by replying to our first email; the form does not take attachments and a screenshot is not the file.
If it is about an order
Include the order number. If something arrived wrong or damaged, photographs of the sheet and the packaging in the same message save a round trip.
If it is a larger run
Regular volume, a season’s drop, a school district’s worth of spirit wear: say roughly how much and how often, and we will come back with a straight answer on price and lead time.
Where we are
Production is in Schaumburg, Illinois. There is no counter and no pickup; every order ships by ground. Loop DTF is a trading name of Humax Global Ltd.
