What it is
A 50/50 cotton-polyester jersey polo with a three-button placket and a welt collar that survives a wash. Not a performance polo — it is the affordable staff shirt, and that is exactly the job it does.
How it presses
It is half polyester, and the film is rated for it on the same settings — what changes is the care, not the numbers. Stay at the lower end of the temperature range, do not over-dwell, and test one before a run to rule out scorch and dye migration — especially on the red and the forest green, where migration shows first as a pink or grey cast in white ink. Test one before you press a box of forty.
When to pick it
Left-chest logos for staff, trade and service businesses. Not for large graphics: the placket runs straight through the middle of any centred print.
Turnaround and delivery
Orders with clean artwork placed on a business day print that day and go out the same afternoon.

We do not publish day counts — the print is ours to promise, the truck is not. Your tracking email carries the carrier's own estimate for your address. Sheets up to 24 inches ship flat between boards; longer sheets are rolled face-in and boxed. Nothing is folded. What each ground leg looks like.
Returning a blank
Unworn, unwashed and unprinted, within 30 days. A blank garment is a stock item, not a made-to-order one, so the custom-print rules do not apply to it. Tell us what you are sending back and we refund it once it arrives.
Once you have pressed it, it is yours. A transfer applied to a shirt makes it a finished piece, and we cannot take that back — which is the argument for ordering one of something before you order forty.
Wrong item, a fault in the garment, or transit damage is ours either way: photographs within 7 days and we replace it. Full policy.
