What it is
Ringspun 4.5-ounce cotton with a semi-fitted cut. The difference from the 3000 is in the hand — this one drapes instead of standing away from the body, and the surface is smoother, which shows in fine detail and small type. A dollar or so more per piece and the customer notices.
How it presses
Standard settings. The two heathers in the range are cotton-poly blends: keep an eye on scorch and, if you see a faint press box, drop to the low end of the temperature range and add a couple of seconds.
When to pick it
Anything with a women’s cut, anything with fine line work, and anything where the buyer will handle the shirt before deciding. The heathers take a white underbase well, which is where our line-art designs look their best.
Turnaround and delivery
Orders with clean artwork placed on a business day print that day and go out the same afternoon.

We do not publish day counts — the print is ours to promise, the truck is not. Your tracking email carries the carrier's own estimate for your address. Sheets up to 24 inches ship flat between boards; longer sheets are rolled face-in and boxed. Nothing is folded. What each ground leg looks like.
Returning a blank
Unworn, unwashed and unprinted, within 30 days. A blank garment is a stock item, not a made-to-order one, so the custom-print rules do not apply to it. Tell us what you are sending back and we refund it once it arrives.
Once you have pressed it, it is yours. A transfer applied to a shirt makes it a finished piece, and we cannot take that back — which is the argument for ordering one of something before you order forty.
Wrong item, a fault in the garment, or transit damage is ours either way: photographs within 7 days and we replace it. Full policy.
