What it does
Lay out a gang sheet without a design app. Add your files, give each one its print width, and the builder packs them across the 22-inch roll with the spacing a press needs. When you are happy, it goes straight into your cart with the finished file attached.
What it costs
Nothing to use. The sheet is priced per linear inch, the same as uploading one you laid out yourself — the builder is a quicker way in, not a dearer one.
Before you start
Use transparent PNGs at 300 DPI at the size you want them printed. The builder makes the print file in your browser, so a long sheet takes a little while to prepare at checkout — that is the file being built, not the site stalling.

Pre-press the blank first — it flattens the fabric and drives out moisture, and skipping it is the most common cause of a transfer that fails one shirt in ten. Full guide and troubleshooting table.

We do not publish day counts — the print is ours to promise, the truck is not. Your tracking email carries the carrier's own estimate for your address. Sheets up to 24 inches ship flat between boards; longer sheets are rolled face-in and boxed. Nothing is folded. What each ground leg looks like.
If it comes out wrong
We reprint it. Print defects, the wrong size or quantity against the order, transit damage and lost parcels are all ours — reprinted on the press the same day we agree it, shipped free. Prefer the money back? Say so and it is refunded, tax and shipping included.
What we do not cover: change of mind, a file that printed exactly as sent, and pressing problems from the wrong temperature, time or a warm peel. We will help diagnose those, and if a whole batch fails with correct settings we treat it as a print defect.
